About Rform
Rform develops web-based software, offering a single point of organization and management of construction administration and construction documentation. This software can be used by both single and multiple project users and is available to any industry professional, architect, contractor, sub-contractor, or owner.
Rform is owned and operated by Mr. David Lopes. Mr. Lopes is currently a practicing professional architect and possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience in architecture design and construction project management. In 2003, Mr. Lopes founded the Charlottetown firm North 46 Architecture Inc, providing design service in public, commercial, institutional, and residential sectors. During his career, Mr. Lopes has developed a long-term favourable relationship with local construction firms, as well as a reputation for providing quality construction documentation, timely communication, and effective project management that meet client's standard, budget, and schedule.
Mr. Lypaczewski, the Company Advisor, is a software industry veteran having spent 30 years on the executive management of private and public companies such as Autodesk. The focus of his career has been to lead organizations in their efforts to reform and refine the work practices of their customer through the application of advanced software tools.

Responsible for the development and deliver infrastructure as well as development methodologies. Mr. Chesnais is also the current President of the ACM, one of the world’s most prestigious computing societies.

Responsible for data base/programming and maintenance of web-base applications.
